Our office handles all aspects of business entity formation and operation. Where corporations and
partnerships were once the primary entities selected by clients, the emphasis of our practice now deals
more with Limited Liability Companies. We are current with ever-changing statutes and are ready to serve
your needs in establishing or assisting your business entity with any of its needs in Utah.

Commercial

Our office is knowledgeable in collection law and creditor’s rights in bankruptcy. Creditors deserve to have
action taken quickly and efficiently to recover bad debts and to protect creditor assets. Among its clients in
this area, the firm represents a large consumer collection agency.

Elder Law

We recognizes the importance of this area of the law as the elderly segment of the population continues to
grow.  For these reasons, our office is expanding its practice in this area and is dedicated to providing
effective planning to help prepare our elderly clients for the future.

Probate & Estate Planning

We are well versed in all aspects of estate planning. The firm regularly prepares estate plans for small and
medium-sized estates. Estate plans may include wills, trusts of various types, durable powers of attorney for
financial and health care matters,  and other documents affecting non-probate transfers. The firm also
handles all types of probate matters including will challenges and defense litigation.

Criminal Defense

The firm handles all aspects of infraction, misdemeanor and felony offenses including related civil actions in
Utah.
